Q: Where are Tightvac products sold?

A:Tightvac products are sold at 1000’s of stores throughout the United States, Canada & Europe. Some of these stores are Housewares outlets, Food Stores, Tea & Coffee outlets, Tobacco & Smoke Shops, Gift, Souvenir & Tourist shops, & many Websites.

Q: What countries do you ship to?

A:Tightvac products are shipped all over the world, The United States, Canada, Europe, South America and Asia. We have recently added the International shipping button, so no longer will you have to arrange worldwide shipping via email.

Q: Who does your shipping? From where is it shipped from? How long does it take?

A: We use the United States Postal Service. We ship out of California. All orders are shipped within 48 hours. All packages within the United States are shipped using Priority (3 days), Express (next day) or First class mail (3 days). Delivery confirmation is added to all orders over $30.00. International packages are shipped Global Priority and packages under 4 pounds Global First Class. Both of these services are between 4 to 10 days depending on what country being shipped to. Please email to request special services. 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards and all PayPal transactions. You can also mail a check or money order to Tightpac P.O. Box 2757 Venice, California 90294 USA. Please contact us via email or telephone first to make sure proper shipping charges are included. Thank You.

Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?

A: At this particular time only orders shipped within the State of California pay sales tax. All other states & places are exempt.

Q: What is a Tightvac?

A: A Tightvac is the first patented vacuum sealed container of its kind that creates a vacuum with the push of a button. Keeping dry goods fresh for a year and beyond! Tightvacs come in 5 different sizes.
 
Q: How does a Tightvac work?

A: The concept is simple – as you push the cap down air is displaced or sucked out of the container through the button on the cap, creating a vacuum seal. It is very difficult to pull the cap off without pressing the button. The cap will not go back on the container without pressing the button either. Simplicity that works!
